Katherine Grace goes to Bradfield!

On Tuesday I took Katherine Grace up to Bradfield (where I teach). It was so great to see all of my coworkers and it was really good to see all of my kiddos. They looked so much bigger. I haven't seen them all since my last day before maternity leave which was Valentine's Day. They were so cute with Katherine Grace. They were loving on her and treating her like one of their siblings. She was smiling and cooing at them, so cute. It made my heart melt. Here is a picture that I took of her right before we left:

3 Year Anniversary!

Happy Anniversary to the most wonderful and loving husband, father and friend. It has been the most amazing 3 years. I can't believe how much has changed since you proposed on  March 14, 2008 and our wedding on April 25, 2009. It is crazy to think where will be in 3 years from now. I love you Austin!

Shopping

Today Katherine Grace and I went and met up with Melissa and her sweet twins at Northpark. We had a long, fun lunch and then walked around and did a little shopping. We had a great time. Here is a pic that I took when we got home.

2 Month Stats

We went to the pediatrician this morning. Boy, have I been dreading this appointment. Everyone kept telling me how bad it was because of the shots. I didn't think it was so bad. Don't get me wrong, Katherine Grace screamed bloody murder when they poked her but she stopped crying after 10 seconds or so. She is such a trooper. She got three shots and an oral vaccine for the stomach bug. She has been fine so far. We are watching her closely.

 Here are her stats:

Weight: 10 pounds 4 ounces- 50th percentile
Height: 22 and a quarter inches- 50th percentile
Head: 14 and three quarters- 25th percentile

She is very awake and alert more these days. She takes little cat naps during the days but goes for 7-8 stretches at night. She still loves to go places, go on walks, bounce, swing and music. She is smiling and cooing a ton. I think we hear a new sound or noise come from her every day. It is so fun to watch her grow and develop. We are feeling very blessed these days.
