It's official! Katherine Grace has 2 pearly whites coming in on the bottom. You can barely see them but you can feel them. We noticed them last Friday morning. We are super excited especially because we thought she was teething a few months ago...

Last Friday we took lunch to Austin up at his office. Katherine Grace loved sitting in her own big chair!

8 Months

8 months, really? I feel like more and more every day Katherine Grace is becoming a toddler. I know she isn't there yet but she is definitely moving away from being a "baby" to her own individual.

She is:

Army crawling- She is able to hold herself up in a normal crawling position until she goes forward and it is right back into the army crawling mode. She has gotten a lot better. She moves a lot quicker than you would expect. She started this on 9/10.

Pulling herself up to everything- She started in her crib and now it is the ottoman, the couch, coffee table and even her exersaucer.

Waving and clapping- She just started this last week. If you start clapping, she will join in and if you say, "bye-bye" and wave at her she will wave back (most of the time). She also waves her hands around when she gets excited.

Still loves: sweet potatoes, carrots and bananas, the dogs, Yo Gabba Gabba, walks, Baby Bounce class, going places, banana puffs, pacifiers (Nuk only) and her lovies.

Just started liking: string cheese, yogurt (especially mommy's greek yogurt), crawling and her new independence, clapping and making growling noises.

She does something new every day, I love watching her grow!

Chihuly Nights

I went with my mom and sister on Monday night to the Dallas arboretum. They are doing the Chihuly exhibit right now and you can go at night during the week and see the amazing glass sculptures all lit up. They are absolutely breath taking. If you haven't gone, you must go before it is over on November 4th.

Bath Time Fun!
